Training:
To prepare the public to fully grasp the rewards offered by a sport that allows participants to experience the environments with little impact and intrusion as possible, training in the use of the equipment and an understanding of the environment is critical.
With bases at Pigeon Island, Mango Moon Sports Center in Castries and Marigot Bay Beach Resort in Marigot Bay, skill development and environmental awareness coupled with the opportunity to exercise is the main component of the training phrase.
Expedition:
St. Lucia is well poised as an ecological haven. Expeditions to include hiking and camping, early morning, evening and moonlight excursions for groups with special interest e.g. photography and environmental clubs, outings for families and friends make up the main component of this phase.
Your organization by virtue of your interest (i.e. hobbies) and/or profession is being targeted for exposure to this new and exciting program.

About Us
Dive Fair Helen is a sport and commercial diving company operating in St. Lucia for the past 18 years. With interest in environmental awareness concerns, the organization is managed by an environmentalist with over 10 years experience in fisheries research in St. Lucia. This energy is now being targeted to new and innovative projects such as underwater remote video sensing for the purpose of environmental awareness as well as coastal and river kayaking, with emphasis on exposing the public to discovering St. Lucia a fresh.
Membership Has its Benefits
The challenge and excitement of coastal and river kayaking coupled with hiking and camping experiences has arrived - for the past decade, Dive Fair Helen has spear headed a project to introduce the sport of kayaking to St. Lucia. With collaboration and support from a number of organizations and the government of St. Lucia, we are satisfied that we have reached the stage of introducing this exciting sport to the public. With venues like Maria and Praslin Islands on the east coast, Pigeon and Rat Islands to the north and Marigot Bay Mangrove including Roseau River to the west, we at Dive Fair Helen are ready to expose the public to what we have been sampling over the years. Members will be introduced to our quarterly newsletter as well as intended expeditions and outings. In addition to this, the public will also be able to use the equipment for the purpose of exercising.
